Dustin Silvey’s adventures have taken him to places he only dreamed of visiting as a small child: kayaking the Galapagos Islands, canoeing through the Northwest Territories of Canada, and hiking in the Andean Mountains. Dustin’s objectives as a photographer are not to overly edit and create fantastical visions of places, but instead to show the true raw nature of his expeditions. The goal is that viewers of his photographs feel like they were there alongside him on his journey.
